La rupture d’un barrage à une centaine de kilomètres au nord-ouest de Nairobi, au Kenya, en raisons de fortes inondations, a fait lundi au moins 42 morts, selon la gouverneure locale. Cette catastrophe fait passer le bilan total de la saison humide (mars-mai) dans ce pays à 120 morts.
